Are you a strategic, results-driven leader with a passion for infrastructure, innovation, and climate action? Lonsdale Energy has an opening for a Deputy Director, Energy Distribution to help grow and optimize our community energy system.

As our Deputy Director, you’ll:

• Oversee expansion, repair, and maintenance of our 15 km piping network and guide new customer connections.
• Lead strategic planning, safety, emergency response, and system redundancy.
• Drive innovation, align investments with our decarbonization goals, and cultivate partnerships across municipal, provincial, and federal levels.

You’ll Be a Strong Fit If You Have:

• Significant experience in infrastructure development (preferably in municipal or regional settings)
  Excellent negotiation, stakeholder communication, and political awareness.
• Proven project management experience.
