Due to an administrative oversight, the proposed increases to Meter and Capacity charges scheduled for November 1, 2025 were not implemented, leaving these charges unchanged from November 1, 2024.
Customers have paid slightly less than anticipated during this period. This has not affected service delivery or system reliability, and there are no plans to apply retroactive charges.
Any measures proposed by Lonsdale Energy to address this matter would be subject to Council approval. Customers and members of the public would be notified in advance of any proposed changes and provided an opportunity to share feedback.
