Lonsdale Energy is seeking an experienced, strategic and forward-thinking Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team.

Serving more than 125 buildings and over 25% of the City of North Vancouver’s population, Lonsdale Energy is growing and transforming how energy is delivered across our community.

As a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board, the CFO will provide executive leadership across financial strategy, planning, capital investment, enterprise risk, corporate services and regulatory compliance.

This is an exciting opportunity for a finance leader who is energized by complex infrastructure projects, long-term strategic planning, organizational growth and innovation in the utility sector.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, reporting and analysis.
• Develop long-range financial plans supporting infrastructure investment, asset renewal and sustainable growth.
• Provide financial leadership for major capital projects, funding strategies and utility rate setting.
• Lead enterprise risk management, internal controls, insurance and financial governance.
• Advise the CEO, Board of Directors, and Mayor and Council on financial matters and strategic decisions.
