The Contest begins at 12:00 p.m. PT on January 14, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on February 21, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to all City of North Vancouver residents who are 19 years of age or older at the time of entry into the Contest and who, during the Contest Period, completes Lonsdale Energy's Hold the Heat entry form. No purchase necessary. Limit of one (1) entry per person. Chances of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Entrants who have won a prize from Lonsdale Energy in the last 12 months are not eligible. Employees of the City of North Vancouver or Lonsdale Energy, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Entries containing incorrect or incomplete information will be disqualified, and Lonsdale Energy reserves the right to void such entries and select another eligible entrant for the prize.
PRIZE: A total of fifty (50) energy saver kits will be awarded (each, a “Prize”) as set out below. Each kit has an approximate retail value of $50 CAD and will include a selection of energy-saving products (e.g., door draft stoppers, low-flow showerheads, outlet insulation, and weatherstripping). Actual contents of each kit may vary. The Prize must be accepted as awarded; no substitution, transfer, conversion to cash, or assignment of the Prize or its components will be allowed, except that Lonsdale Energy may substitute a Prize or component of equal or greater value if advertised items become unavailable.
DRAW DATE: There will be five draw dates which are as follows: January 23, January 30, February 6, February 13 and February 23. Ten names will be randomly selected. All eligible entries not selected will remain in the pool for subsequent draws.
PRIZE AWARDING: If you are selected as a potential winner, you must be able to pick-up your prize from Lonsdale Energy during business hours by March 2, 2026.
PUBLICATION: By entering the Contest, entrants give permission to Lonsdale Energy and the City of North Vancouver to use the entrant's name in its marketing materials and to publish a winner's list.
